I have a CenterPoint scope model CPB394AO2-999. It will not adjust vertically and shoots about an inch high. I've turned the elevation to the end of its range and the rifle still shoots an inch high. It began shooting about 6 inches high so some improvement has been accomplished. Is there any additional adjustment available to get the scope adjusted better?

One inch  high does not sound like a really bad problem particularly if we are talking at 100  yds on a centerfire cartridge. One inch high could be a undesirable issue if we are talking about a 22 at 25 yds that is used for hunting squirrels.
The most common fix used to make a slight adjustment would be to shim the scope between the scope and rings.  Cutting a piece of an aluminum pop can and placing it below the scope tube at the front ring would do that. Now for the more expensive ways to fix the problem.   Burris makes rings that have inserts within the ring that allow you to customize your scope "CANT"  angle  with plus or minus 10 moa or 20 moa inserts.  These work really well and is one of very few Burris products that I like.
The last option is a base that has a built in cant / angle  say plus 20moa and rather than being flat they are angled slightly.   It is not uncommon for long distance shooters to run out of adjustment or  need to select scopes with more internal adjustment.  There also are systems for ultra long range that are quite expensive.    Good Luck.

(I know some are going to cringe when I talk about shimming the scope.... it's the redneck solution, but it works.)

What type of rings? Might try switching them.

How tight did you tighten the rings?
