Was curious if anyone has heard about possible enhancements to rangefinders expected in 2008?   At this point I've pretty much narrowed it down to Leica or Swarovski, but they both have "flaws" IMO.

You either get what you pay for or what you deserve.

Bushnell has a new one too that sounds pretty good on paper.

The new Scout 1000 has Angle Range Compensation technology for measuring shooting angles, true horizontal distance and holdover. It ranges out to 1,000 yards, has a larger 24mm objective, multi-coated optics and a 5x eyepiece with adjustable diopter. Powered by a 3-volt battery (included), it is available in Realtree AP Camo and black.
