I have posted on a couple of forums but it seems that no one has actually used one yet based on the lack of information. A time or two walking to a stand a very low power scope would have been useful, at the same time I shoot better at longer distances with more magnification, just me I guess.

I own a 2.5-16X42. One of the best scopes I have ever used, not that I am an expert riflescope persom just an old hunter. The 6.5+ magnification range is amazing and the point of impact doesn't change as you move up and down the scale. The 2.5X allows me to use it as a brush gun for hogs and the 16.5X gives me the flexibility to hunt Pronghorn. Quite a package.
