Asked this on a couple of forums two years ago and received no responses. These are distributed I believe by a company in either Utah or Idaho and totally separate from Burris, even though Burris has/had a model labeled Black Diamond. Hitting the question again. Does anyone have any experience/knowledge regarding these scopes and, if so, what is the good, the bad, and the ugly on them?

I looked them up and they remind me of Vortex. That is a good thing.

They do not have any relationship with Vortex that I am aware of. I talked to them a little at SHOT. Seemed like good guys. I thought that their products need to mature a little before I pay attention, but I keep an eye on them all the same. They are out of Utah. As I recall, those are all SFP MOA scopes that they for some reason call long range and tactical. That would be fairly normal 15-20 years ago, but not so much now. I suspect these are some long range hunting people trying to break into other markets. They kinda fit the type, or at least that is who I usually see thinking that the marekt needs more MOA SFP scopes.
