Hey I just got a new browning t-bolt varmint .17hmr and am looking for a scope and i guess rings and bases too.  I cant seem to find any bases for this thing???  The browing ones seem to be special, as it says there bases only work with there .22 rings??  As it is a bit of a more expensive gun I would like to put a good set of rings and bases on it.

As far as a scope I was thinking a 4x12x??.  Not real sure what I should go for.  I have read alot of people seem to like the mueller apv, but at $130 I'm not too sure, maybe it good enough?  Open to any suggestions.  Also i like good deals if something is onsale too!

Welcome to the OT forums! DNZ (Deadnutz) makes a mount for the T-Bolt. I tried it and a Leupy mount on my fairly recently acquired T-Bolt. I went with the DNZ. Scopewise, I tried several. The best of the bunch was the Sightron BS 3-9 X 36 A.O. However, the scope overpowered the svelte little stalking version, so I traded it in. It now wears a Vortex Viper 2-7 X 32 which seems about right.BTW, mine shoots / functions great. It's a keeper!
