I know this is not an expensive scope; but, I was wondering if any body had any experience with it and could tell me what they thought of the quality and reliability of the scope. I picked up a truck rifle, Marlin XS7 in .308 win. and was thinking of mounting this scope in a set of Weaver rings. Can get the scope for around $ 90.00. I have a BSA Sweet 17 scope on a Savage 93 /17HMR bull barrel and it seems to do just fine.

It is always a crap shoot with BSA. Might get a good one, might not. Get a Swift Premier 4-12 for only a little more and you will have a very good scope you can depend on. BSA, I've heard, has pretty good CS, but CS is always a hassle, no matter how good it is. I've had my Swift for over 10 years and even Budperm didn't break it...

Opinion,untempered by fact,is ignorance.
There are some who do not fear death... for they are more afraid of not really living |
