I am wondering if anyone knows if the Burris Optics rebate that expires on July 31, 2017 would apply to a new refurbished model or not.  The specific model that I am looking at is a refurbished Burris XTR II 4-20x50 Riflescope (model #201042).  Thanks for any replies back.
