New to site, great info. here and thx in advance to any responses.
Is the new Short Mag scope exactly the same as every other 3200 other then the length and weight? I bought an A-bolt in 243Wssm and am trying to decide between the 2.5-10x40 4200 or this scope to top the rifle, I had a VX-II 3-9x40 on it but sold it to get another Bushnell. I know the 4200 is better but I like the smaller lighter 3200 for this gun. I noticed that none of thier other scopes are 3-10 power so I was curious if there is any difference with this one compared to any of the other 3200's.
My other question is how important is the Fire-fly recticle. I currently have a B & L 4000 in 4-16x50mm and a Bushnell 3200 3-9x40 and like them both but dont have that recticle. I am going to use this gun for night hunting coyote's along with whitetail hunting, so would the 4200 Fire-fly be perfect for hunting after dark or only in low-light before dark situations, Im not exactly sure what the glow looks like
thx for advice. |

RoyFinn has claimed another innocent soul......he sold a Leupold for a Bushnell.
All jokes aside, wait for a response from Roy on this one. |
