Does anyone have any experience with these scopes?  Is it basically a 3200 that has been relabeled?  I got a great deal on a rem 700 in 223 with a 20 inch bull barrel and an HS Precision stock.  I love the rifle but it came with a tasco 36x target scope.  I am going to use the rifle for target shooting and varmints from 0 to 500 yds.  I really want a variable scope with a mildot reticle and exposed target turrets.  I am trying to keep this under $500.

I'd look at something else,  Glass isn't that great on those, I had the opportunity to use one on a rifle I was traded and promptly traded it away

That said her are some others to look at that will have better glass and better mag ranges for your intended distance.

This one is because you said 0yds  Having low end will help you

I also like this if you could save another $100

then there are some with better mag ranges and better glass than the bushell.

Great glass on this one.

http://swfa.com/Weaver-3-15x42-Super-Slam-Rifle-Scope-P40561.aspx  - I use this scope on my 223 with excellent results.  I've taken it to 600yds with no issues.  The turret design is among my favorites.  I like having them "lock" down and when you need to adust pull up.

Then for a bit less these two would be also better than the bushnell IMO -

I have heard the Nitrex TR and the Super Slam are the same scope.  I remember you had allot of issues with the Nitrex.  I take it that you have not had the same issues with the Super Slam?
