This looks good on paper. Good hunting reticle, good size and magnification and eye relief. Anyone tried it?

I've never owned one, but...
it sounds just perfect for a fast action little lever gun, like a Marlin 336 .30-30. What do you plan to mount it on? |

A Savage Axis .308 for woods hunting. It actually shoots like a 30-30 because i load flat nose 150 grain bullets made for the 30-30 in it, in reduced charges of H4895 at 2200 fps. I will order the scope and look through it at sunset behind the house. If it's keeper, it stays, if not, it goes back to be replaced by something else.
Gift for a young wheel chair bound hunter. I think that entire series of scopes needs a good review. People don't know much or comment much about them, and decent scopes with no 4 reticle are rare at that price.
