How is this reticle in low light or woods hunting? Is it a thinner reticle or nice and bold like the ones on conquests or monarchs? And are they wire or etched?

Thanks

Wire and the multi x is same thickness as nikon's standard hunting reticle which is called "nikoplex"

The Elites 4200 scopes have good (Japan) glass for the money which to my eyes is a tad brighter than the Monarch.

I have used it in low light and it will take you past legal hunting light. I have also used it at night with a Kill light 100 and had no problem seeing the reticle.

I could even see it under a full moon with no other light source but struggled to see it clearly so I bought a Trijicon accupoint and the illuminated reticle makes a hugh difference.

It's not as bold as the Conquest 3-9X40 reticle, but it's pretty close.

It's a non-charged FireFly aka 3-2-1 reticle from Bushnell
