I was looking at the forums today and found this one over on Bird Forum. These guys were using this system to find flying birds, so game animals should be not too much of a trick. It sounds sort of hokey, but I used it a little today and it works! Uses nothing more than a couple of cable ties.
It is intended for use on angled eyepieces.

I definitely agree it is very easy to make and it makes spotting so much better. I didn't know that you can use cable ties this way.
