I don’t think I will never buy another Loading die again unless it says RCBS on the side of it. I got a case stuck in a 300rum die Saturday. I loaded 198 cases and the 199th one got stuck, I mean locked down stuck. I called them told them what my problem was and they are sending me some new parts. No questions ask of how or why I got it stuck. I also has this happen with a 243 case a while back and they sent me some parts for it also. I must say RCBS is a good company with a good product.

I thought I did well for only having one major problem. I loaded

200 rounds for a 280

200 for a .308 with a 22 inch barrel

200 for a .308 with a 26 inch tube

198 for a 300rum

200 for a 300WM

So all in all It was a good day loading.

Now the really fun part the shooting.

Hornady is the bomb as well.  I had a .357 case tear in half and half of it got stuck in the die, they sent me a whole new die free of charge.  I just called to ask if they new of a tool to get it out and the guy said I'll make it real easy for you, I'll just send you a new one.

I love company's like that, no BS at all they just take care of customers.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.

Bigdaddy, that's good to hear.  RCBS is well known for providing good customer service.  Most of the other big name reloading supplies manufacturers provide good CS as well.  I know Redding is the same way.  I like buying products from companies who care about their customers, and I don't understand why some companies don't make good CS a high priority.
