Anyone ever had business with them?  I'm probably gonna use them to rebarrel a rifle action for me and wanted to see what the OT's opinion of them is first.

Mixed reviews from the gunsmiths I've talked to.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe OT member "Bigdaddy0381" has some ER Shaw experience.  You might try sending him a PM.

I know gun writer Jon Sundra is big on ER Shaw, and has had several rifles built with Shaw barrels.  He's had nothing but good things to say about them.

What is the intended use for the rifle?  If it's a hunting rifle, then I'm sure you will be well served with the Shaw barrel.  If you're building a competition rifle, I would personally choose another custom barrel option.  That's not a criticism of Shaw, as I have no experience with them.  They just don't have the reputation the Kriegers, Harts, Shilens, Liljas, etc. of the custom barrel world have when it comes to competition barrels.
