Need advice. Seeking a red dot sight WITHOUT the blue or green tint that most have.

This is for a plinker, and the ability to see blue or green empty shotgun shells is a priority, hence the concern of the blue/ green tint most red dots give to your sight picture.

There has to be a sight that closely fits the following:

-1" or 30mm tube (don't care)
-3 or 4moa dot (small is good)
-Dot is visible in mid day in the desert (bright is good)
-No tint!
-Under $200

I have a cheeeeeep Simmons red dot that is almost window clear, NO COLOR TINTHead%20Bang but unfortunately the dot is not quite bright enough.

Do UltraDot brand red dots turn everything you look at blue/ green? Or the Tascos?

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Used the search function; didn't find anything that helps.

So: recommendations for under $200 without blue/ green tint?

Thanks!

Well this i pretty much impossible.
Cause there is no reticle in a red dot but lenses that reflects parts of the light and that you will see as a dot.
There is a colour differance betwen varous sights but all have the tint.
(as far as I know anyway)

It's maybe easyer with a holographic sight.
I don't have any experience with sights in that pricefield and can therefor not give you any recomendation.

There will be a tint of that color. Due to the Laser dot the tint is a necessity.

Found a guy's review that includes pics showing the tint I hate so much: http://suburbansdomain.blogspot.com/2008/04/lone-wolf-and-burris-fastfire-mini.html

Decided on the Burris Fastfire reflex. Not a tube type sight, but it is worth a shot.

What heck, it's only money, right?
