Once a friend... Kathy Long.  She was in the movie Knights with Kris Kristofferson, did stunt work in Batman Returns and a few others.  Great kickboxer.  She once beat a guy up because he smarted off to her driving down the freeway outside of LA.  He made a rude sexual comment, she pulled over and proceeded to thump his head.  Great lady.  Wish I knew what became of her.

She is now training for some mixed martial arts stuff here in LA (with Gokor).  Perhaps she is making a comeback.

I have not even seen her there.  One of the guys I am helping with muay thai grapples with her, I think.

She's tough... possibly the best female fighter I have ever seen.  Training ethic like very few.  That's why she is such a champion.
