The ½-MOA T2 elevation adjustment includes a pre-engraved bullet drop compensation (BDC) dial to match the ballistics of most 55 grain .223 Remington/5.56mm NATO loads. Long range shooting solutions for the tactical hunter have never been easier. Is the target at 500 yards? Simply turn the dial to the “5” and squeeze the trigger. It’s that easy. If you have a specific load you’d like to have matched, the Leupold Custom Shop can create additional dials for a nominal fee. Whether you shoot an AR15 platform or a bolt action, the Mark AR has it covered. Couple more quick points… the dial is “zeroed” at 100 yards and has no stop like all of the rest of Leupold's standard target knobs (can spin multiple revolutions- does not stop like an M3 dial) and T2 knobs… and the maximum range is marked out to 700 yards on the dial, but if you spin all the way to “0” (beyond the “7”) you can get to about 750 yards. One last note, the 1.5-4x20 has ½ finger adjustments and does not have a custom BDC dial. |
