ATK is pretty good with there warranty,For now Weaver is in good hands.

Don't know about Weaver, but I just sent a ATK Intensity scope back that would not hold zero, they sent me a replacement scope N/C in about a month. About the same as everyone else I have dealt with except Leupold which has you taken care of in a week/10days always N/C. The Intensity shipped to the same repair address as Weaver so I'd assume a similar result. |

ATK owns Weaver. Last time they owned Weaver customer support was pretty good.
