Talley low for sure and probably DNZ too, started to research them more after seeing them a few times and then seeing that great picture Sholling has with his Tikka....sounds like a perfect set up for a very low price. You can always e-mail/call Talley or DNZ for extra confidence that you are getting the perfect one, thats what I would do.Please post a picture or two of your set up when it all comes together and let us know how you like everything.

Scope and DNZ mount got here today.
The DNZ mounting screws do not fit the Tikka - wonderful, if they can't get the mounting screws right I don't have much confidence in anything else they do. I either have to go hunt my own screws or send this thing back and get some Talleys Very disappointed in the DNZ... Anyone have in luck finding their own mounting screws? |

congrats on the scope... I have one as well. Sold my Grand Slam to buy a Kahles. Put a Zeiss on my kids gun and wish I could afford more. Not to keen on the 4200's lack of eye relief, but otherwise, nice scope.
I use Warne rings and have had really good luck with them. Not sure if they make a set for Tikka. Post some pics when you get it all together.... you'll have to make more posts or send to a moderator though! |

I would double check those screws. The screws that Tikka had stuck in the receiver holes were a size too small and just loctited in. I had to clean the crap out before the DedNutz screws fit.

The screws are for sure a no go, you could probably get them in but you would never get them out. I called DNZ customer service, they said that they used to include two sets of screws because there are a couple of possibilities on Tikkas but for what ever reason they have stopped. They are shipping me some metric 3.5x.6 6mm screws.
