Sako is one side of the factory and makes the A7 while Tikka is the other side of the factory and neither leaves the factory unless it shoots under one inch group. Weatherby also has an accuracy guarantee. Savage probably should have an accuracy guarantee they shoot very well. My last winchester purchase was a model 70 Coyote Lite in 300 WSM and it had to go back to the factory to get it to extract and eject the empty cases at all now it does but it just barely pitches them out of the action where most other rifles will fling them out pretty good. Sako & Tikka's (sako) extractor is legendary for reliability. Ruger also has a very strong extractor. The Remmingtons I have have always done an good job or extracting and ejecting. I have not owned a CZ but I have heard they are well made. If you can afford a Kimber Montana that is truely a nice rifle and well worth considering they are very tough and will take a lot of abuse. The one thing that keeps me away from CZ is I prefer stainless and synthetic or a matte finish blue not the high gloss blue that I find is so prone to rust. Can you afford a Kimber Montana or a Remmington R5 Mil Spec if so those would be high on my list. If you are looking to spend less look at the Tikka and the Sako A7.
