I featured they would have to do that just to protect the jobs of their employees.
I would love it if all the GIs would refuse to remove the markings or just transfer them
somewhere else.

How about having the Company Priest bless all the ammoand or our guns?

Anyone here know if the Accu-point has the Scripture reference on it? Or is it just the Acoq and Reflex? Is it on the scope itself or on some type of base/mount? Dont have any use of the latter two but Trijicon just made me a customer for life if the Accu-point is the same. Hope there's a run on their products like the ammo run since the last election!

All genuine Trijicon optics carry serial numbers and the locations are specified below:

  • Serial numbers on ACOGs are located in two places: The main ACOG housing has a serial number at the rear top where the eyepiece is attached and the serial number is duplicated on the eyepiece as well.
  • Compact ACOGs have the serial numbers engraved on the bottom rear of the sight on the housing and duplicated on the eyepiece adjacent to the first location.
  • Reflex serial numbers are located on the right side of the optic just above the windage adjustment.
  • TriPower has a serial number located on the top of the battery compartment housing.
  • AccuPoint line of riflescope serial numbers can be found on the bottom of the scope under the windage adjustment knob.
  • Iron Night Sights are marked with 'Trijicon' and a two digit date code and do not carry serial numbers.
Whether the aforementioned S/N format will continue is TBD.  May make the old format collectable, what with them being scrubbed.
