Hello Stonefly,
=A0=A0Unfortunately, I have not received your initial email. =A0Please try =
my direct email: =
=A0=A0I will follow up again on Friday if I do not receive your email.
=A0=A0I have a few initial questions about the scope set up.
1. =A0When you boresighted the scope before you went to zero, were you havi=
ng any problems getting the scope to line up? =A0
2. =A0Did you have to use many elevation clicks to get it in the ballpark o=
f being boresighted? =A0
3. =A0What method did you use to boresight?
4. =A0What type of weapon system did you mount it on?
5. =A0When you were zero'ing, what distance were you and how low was the sc=
ope hitting?
=A0=A0Lastly, I still haven't seen the scope come through our RMA process. =
=A0Who did you return it to?
=A0=A0I do have some more details to go into around the anomaly of the reti=
cle turning inside of the scope. =A0It has to do with the combination of ma=
xing out the elevation knob and the relationship between the reticle, the p=
ower ring and the erector tube.
Best regards,
Corbett
