SOLD OUT
Unbelievable savings on Burris SHOTCAM Normally priced at $694.95. You can now get it new for $99.95! The Burris Shotcam automatically begins recording high-quality digital video and audio of events as they occur. Every visual detail, every sound, every action, record it all! Burris Item# 300225 >>>>Order Here<<< Training Applications ShotCam provides trainers a whole new platform from which to educate and demonstrate weapons handling and shooting skills. Using video or recoil-activated high resolution still photographs, a trainer can better assess a shooter’s form at the precise moment of fire. On a computer monitor, the trainer can then show the shooter the effects of proper or improper shot execution. A shooter can even utilize ShotCam independently for his/her self evaluation. Record the action on a predator hunting adventure for later analysis and to share with others. Liability concerns do not start and stop with law enforcement. ShotCam can provide your best evidence when presenting your self-defense arguments in court. Features and Specifications • Ultra-bright LED Tactical Illuminator provides 3+ hours of 120 lumen bright white light. • Laser Targeting System is class IIIa visible laser with windage and elevation adjustments. • MPEG4 Camcorder with 30 minutes of password-secured VGA 640X480 video/audio at 30 frames per second. After 30 minutes of video is recorded, ShotCam automatically switches to Auto-Still mode and captures high resolution photos both manually and during a recoil event. The on-board memory is 512 megabytes which allows for over 30 minutes of video plus over 100 high resolution still images. • 3.2 Megapixel Digital Camera (manual operation or automatic recoil-event activated) • Frame mounted on any Picatinny-style or Weaver-style rail. Overall size is 3.1" x 1.7" x 1.2". At only 5.5 ounces, does not interfere with a sidearm’s cycling and handling characteristics. • Advanced Power Management System yields up to 5 full days of standby mode and a minimum of 2.5 hours of continuous operation when all three modes are activated. Rechargeable battery and charger are included. • Automatic-On Activation from a special holster, or can be operated manually while on or off of a weapon. Auto-On is activated by a magnet permanently embedded into a tactical holster. • Each mode can be pre-set or manually activated exclusively or in combination with other modes. _________________________

This is a true $695. piece of equipment and an unprecedented deal. Distributor cost this year was $500. The company that developed it had huge aspirations of every Police department in the world jumping all over this like dash cams. They pitched it to Beretta (whom owns Burris) and Beretta was sold on it hard. They planned to package it with many of their firearms and sell them in large quantities to law enforcement and military. They made a big pile of them, paraded them around the media and got lots of air time on prime time T.V. talk shows. Everyone agreed that it was a wonderful product and brilliantly engineered and manufactured, the only problem was their target market (L.E.) said, "You ain't puttin' that thing on my gun!" A very hard lesson was learned and to be quite frank, this whole scenario would have never transpired without the deep pockets of Beretta backing it. They had just newly acquired Burris and that was to be the perfect channel to brand and market these through. They were just a little too eager and did not do enough due diligence. So they bailed in a major way, selling them way below cost just to get them out of their warehouse and off their books. I can assure you that this type of closeout deal does not come around very often, many things had to come together just right for this product to even be made and you can bet that a mistake of this magnitude won't happen again anytime soon. The only question is do you have a use for it? Hell, just as a light its worth $99. and it has a laser too and of course the really trick cam and camera w/ many trick features. That'll be a fun toy.
And mounted on a suppressed 1911, it'll make me look really cool. |
