I have a Millett LRS - 1 6x25-56 mounted on a EWG Pic rail on top of savage 110. Anyway the scope came with 35mm rings but it is way too high. Any suggestion on what size and make rings that I could get that would lower the scope and also that it wouldn't cost a fortune

Medium rings MAY work with that scope. I know you can run most 50mm objective scopes with TPS low rings. NICE rig and welcome to Optics Talk!

Both TPS and Seekins Precision make very nice 35mm rings in a variety of heights.

Can't wait to get it all together so I can start putting lead down range.
