Anybody have any experience with them?  Have a guy hard up for some cash that wants to sell me one for cheap ($275).  Has some wear and is definatly used.  I haven't shot it yet but would before any exchange of funds.  Its a 40S&W

I remember when it came out. It felt like a solid little gun but I never shot it. I believe it got solid reviews.

I friend of mine has a 9mm version, but I have shot it in other calibers as well.

For me, this is one of the best fitting guns ever made.  Mechanically, it is a CZ75 clone, but the ergonomics are a little different.  I have somewhat smallish hands, so make sure it is a good fit for your paws.

Reliability on the Baby Eagles I have mileage with has been very good.  The only problems I saw were with very sh*tty reloads that gave a bunch of other guns problems as well.

I really like mine in 40 S&W. All steel, solid feel. Well built as ILya mentioned. It is a baby when compared to the full size Desert Eagle but is no tiny handgun. They have a very good reputation and seldom have I seen any negative comments in reviews. This link will give you some info. I'd say buy it.
