I'm not sure how they do it in Calackies, but there is a resturant here that does a really good job.

I like my tea sweet, but most of the restaurants around here don't know when to stop adding sugar to their tea. My gosh, you could power a 5 year old boy for 3 days on a glass of sweet tea around here.

When I was a kid, I loved to visit our relatives in southern Ky.. Their iced tea was sweeter than my mom's, kind of like the tea you get in restaurants. Most of them were farmers, and back then their water came from wells or ponds, so some tea was better than others (pond water, not so good). One aunt had to dig a new well, and they struck sulfur. The water was safe, but drinking iced tea there was like drinking tea through a fart. RC Cola was popular there.

Now that's funny. Our southern office is in SC, so when we go down there we always have to specify
un-sweetened.

Cool Cool Cool

Funniest thing I've read in a week.  Thank Lynn.  After two days defending depos, I needed that.  NOW it's time for dcamm to have an irish whiskey.  Out.

I'm just wondering to myself how Lynn knows what drinking thru a fart tastes like.... I'm thinking there is a Mrs. BF story behind it for sure! Smile

I'm bummed!!!  Ilya's in Baltimore at the inner harbor.  We were going to get together for dinner tomorrow night until his boss decided to have a late meeting ending around 7:30pm.  That threw a monkey wrench into the whole plan.  I have to be in Hanover at 9 to pick up my neice.
Thats means we'd have less than 30 minutes to share.  We'd have to shake hands hello and goodbye at the same time.  And I'd be driving almost 2.5hrs round trip.

Thats twice now something has fubarred our attempts to meet.
