I have a 300 RUM in a SAKO 75. Does anyone make any kind of 20 MOA base for it?

After speaking with Beretta, they told me if you have one of the newer model Sako 75's that the Sako 85 base will fit.
Its hard to say without the setup here but that may be a start.

Not to take a sale away from the fine folks at SWFA, but I think Near makes one.

Roedale (sp???) also has one I believe. As Mark said, Richard Near may have too...but I'll bet his is more costly than the SWFA / US Optics one listed. I got one from Richard a while back, and it was pushing $175.

The US optics rail linked above looks very similar to the Roedale in design, but is less expensive.
I have the Roedale, and have mounted one on a friends 85 (IV). The quality seems good, but it hasn't been put through its paces yet, so I can't comment on how well it holds up. I used Seekins low 30mm rings, and with a 44mm objective, it was still a bit higher than I would like, due to the way the rail attaches.
The Near would allow for lower mounting if he still offers it. You do have to drill and tap the receiver with that base, but it has that "like it growed there" look. Richard's stuff is absolutely top notch.

OK but do these require that you drill and tap? I do not want to alter my sako.
