I got my mount from my hunt with Graham, most of you know him as SVT Tactical, in today. I wanted to share it with all of you. The picture was taken with my phone so it isn't that great but the mount it beautiful. I couldn't be more happy.

Great looking mount CF, just curious if you sampled any of the meat and what your thoughts were.

Nice deer, Chris.  What rig are you holding, there?

Maybe I'd be the one needing the sympathy if I'd of tried it.  NEVER had that meat before but I'd give it a go.

Good stuff! I like it more than just whitetail but not as much as Axis if that gives you a good frame of reference.

Thank you and that is my Rifles Inc. 6.5/284. It is a custom Rem 700 Titanium with a VX-6 2-12. Rifle and scope weigh about 6 lbs together.

Sweet.  That chambering is on my short list.  That, or the regular .284 win - I do have a preference for 7mms, but already have a 7mm Rem Mag.

That rig is a freakin' fire breather too!  Lots of powder being burnt after the bullet leaves the barrel! lol

First shot CFII took, Jed, our guide wasn't thinking and was almost parallel to the muzzle and wasn't wearing ear protection, his ears were ring the rest of the trip
