I picked this rifle up lightly used.  It looked like it had not been used or barely used.  I have put between 225-235 rounds through it.  I have only shot 168 A-Max's through it.
Remington 40X, 308 Winchester.
Holland Gen 2 Radial Brake
Telfon coated    27 1/4 inch heavy fluted barrel.  I think it is a 1-11 (Twist rate is not listed), but I have not checked.
Stock: H-S Precision Pro Series Tactical.
Scope, rings, bi-pod, and rangefinders are not included
If you really want the scope and rings I will sell them for $160 more if you buy the rifle.
Cost is $1750 (Now $1650) and I will pay the shipping inside the CONUS to your FFL holder.
You can email me ernieemily@yahoo.com or PM me.
Nothing wrong with the rifle except it is right-handed, and I will be getting a left-handed action in the future.

Not the 40X?

I don't know the difference ( not clip-slotted, no sights, etc.)

Is the brake 5/8x24 and removable?

I have the ONLY lefty 40X I have ever seen, it is a beauty.

If the 40XB is similar to the 40X, it is money well spent, these shoot well, and were (maybe "are") built by the custom shop.

Equality is something you whine about not being given.

It is a 40X, just one of their tactical versions.
Here is Remington's page:

Not sure on the thread.  I would have to check with Holland's.
It is removable I 99.9%, but it may take some heat.
I have not tried to remove it.
I do not have a thread cap for it.
