Is this a good move to purchase a pair of these or are there binos that are just as good or better currently offered ? Sometimes older is better. But there are a lot of good binos in my target range of $500-$800. Uses are observing wildlife and sometimes in fading light.

Great binos, but check the warranty on them. Sometimes second hand means no warranty.
There is good stuff in that price range. These are good, but I'd pass if the warranty is void due to second hand ownership. |

Freedom is something you take.
Respect is something you earn. Equality is something you whine about not being given. |
