Hello forum,
This is my first post here.  I look forward to being a part of the community,

I am looking for something lightweight for my MRO.

- I like the Larue (canted version) but 2oz is a bit too heavy.
- The Scalaworks looks great but I dont need QD or return to zero as i wont be taking if off. Its expensive and I would be paying for features I dont need.
- Geissele - looks like it could be a winner but wont be out until the summer.
- Mega DogBone - not out yet, unsure about stats. Looks a lot like the geissele. Could be good.
- Currently the front runner for me is the SLR Rifleworks... Weighs .7oz and the price is right. Anyone used a SLR mount before?
Thanks,
Dave

The MRO has been the topic of a few conversations, you may become our first hands on user.

I can't help on various mounts, but I thought they were selling it with a mount, a choice of heights, actually. As it does not need to be a QD, why not use the provided mount?

I got one off the sample list that did not come with a mount.
Thanks,
Dave

Ahh. American Defense makes mounts for it, that'd be my first choice.
