My Bark River Smoke Jumper is not a true custom. But it is fine knife that never made it into full production with this semi-production company. Most of their knives are from A-2 steel. But this sweetie came in 50-100B with a 6 inch blade. It was given to me by a friend many years ago for a graduation present and will always be around when I am in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

This picture is old and I found it while fishing around.

Very nice Doug, looks like it will outlast most of us. Most of my knives are folders but that is very nicely proportioned, looks good.

For a retirement gift my son just gave me this knife (A5 Native) for my daily carry.  I am not a metallurgist but I'm thinking it will be a challenge to resharpen.  Blade is S110V, picture is for a different steel.

Get some good Diamond stones and they are not to bad.  I had a couple s110v blades and have a couple s90v blades.  They don't seem much more difficult than s30v to sharpen IMO.
Lifetime warranty and excellent customer service don't mean a thing when your gun fails during a zombie attack.
