Just an update, they returned my emails and got things lined up. I called and left a message, they called back a few hours later and were great to deal with.
Will be sending my scope off and they said they can have it back within two weeks.

I have a Zen Ray ED2 20-60x82 spotter I bought early this year. I took it out last week and the ring that holds the eye piece in came detached from the scope body so now the eyepiece pulls out if grabbed or will fall out if turned upside down. Hunting season starts in two weeks her in Utah. I have emailed and tried to make contact but havent heard back from any one yet and couldnt find a phone number.
Any one dealt with Zen Ray customer service lately? Do they just take a while or is there a better way to get in contact? I really like the scope, Ilya's review was a big reason I bought it. The reviews I read prior to buying it gave the appearance of good customer service. Definitely not bashing, just trying to get some help if anyone has dealt with them. Thanks!
