Anyone have one, used one or tested one yet? Getting ready to add a .300WSM to the family and have to glass it. This going to be a hunting gun only. The small objective is a concern as I'm trying to get the best low light performance I can. I'm also considering the Meopta R2 or R1 if I can score a deal.

unless you typed wrong numbers, that is a 42 mm objective. That is not a small objective. In a good scope like that, it is plenty. At 4x or 6x you will have plenty of light for hunting. Save the higher power for targets and sight adjustments.

I've got a 5X20X50 BAC and can just about see in the dark with it. I often hunt swamps and Carolina bays where it gets dark before its dark. I want the maximum amount of light gathering capability I can get. I've got a few 40, 42, and 44's in other makes. They don't come close to my Trijicon.
