Hey guy’s, I need a little help. My daughter has a Savage Mark II gly that we would like to put a scope on. Any recommendations on which base to use?
Thanks |

The Savage has a grooved receiver. No base required unless you are wanting to shoot long range. Then you will may need a canted base to give more elevation to get there. What scope are you considering? |

Folks ain't got a sense of humor no more. They don't laugh they just get sore.
Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow Now the rules have changed again. |

Oh man, I guess didn’t look very close. I really don’t like dovetail rings though. Is there a one piece base that will work?
As fat as the scope goes, I picked up an offf brand rim fire 3-9x40 a few years ago and am going to give that a try. If I don’t like it in there, I like the Burris 2-7. https://swfa.com/burris-2-7x35-droptine-22lr-rifle-scope-107702.html |
