Hello community Im new here but I figured this would be the place to go for the question.
Im ordering tonight so any help from the pros would be appreciated. These are my choices so far.... please feel free to wreck them or rank them for me. My targets are the size of a pear with wings, constantly moving with a strikezone the size of a quarter or dime. This is what Im looking at so far... Arken SH4-6-24X50-GEN2-FFP-MIL-VPR-Illuminated-Reticle-with-Zero-Stop-34mm-Tube Arken EP4 6-24-50 STRIKE EAGLE 5-25X56 FFP Primary arms glx-6-24x50-ffp-rifle-scope-athena-bpr-mil Ive gotta order one tonight "unless you guys know of some sales coming up. Please help a new group member out. Thanks

The EP line of Arken scopes is the "top" of their line. I have an SH4 4-14x44 and have put it through quite a bit of "exercise"... I find it hard to beat for the price. Adjustments are as good as any I've encountered and the glass is good. The EH4, according to one of the creators of the Arken Optics line, has much better glass (Japanese ED quality), some better design features and the same very high quality mechanicals. My SH4 tracks to near perfection. I've mounted it on 5.56 AR, 300BLK, 7mmSTW, .458 SOCOM, .378 Weatherby Magnum, .458 Lott (using both .458 WinMag and .458 Lott DG ammo) and 50BMG. I've not done any damage to it, to date. It is now on my Weatherby Vanguard 1500 in .308 and my most recent range adventure with it I shot at 100, 300, 500, 600, 800, 900 and 1000 yards holding consistent 1/4 to 1/2 MOA at all ranges. I must say, there is a weakness in the tube on my SH4... one of their very early deliveries... and it took some time to get the scope mounted in the rings so that parallax could be adjusted... I've been assured that issue has been fixed and that issue never presented in the EH4 models. Since I finally found the "sweet spot", I've had no more issues with parallax adjustment.
Given your mentioned probables, I would go with the Arken EH4... no question. I've put several thousand rounds downrange with some pretty heavy bangers using the SH4 and it has performed as well as I could wish.

I've not had any time with the Element scope line, but Brandon (Bigdaddy) is doing some competition shooting and he has spoken to me very highly of it. He is bringing it to my house soon so I can get some "time on target" with it... in return I'm feeding him some Romulan Ale...

There is a pretty broad range of scopes there. Element Titan is notably cheaper than the rest of these and in terms of bang for the buck, I would probably lean toward that one. Price aside, I think Cronus is the best scope in this line-up. ILya
