Long Eye Relief

   Looking for a scope that has 4+ inches of eye relief:

3-12X40 or 44
4-12
4-14
4-16

Any one would be fine but don't want to break the bank either 400.00 or less.

Found the BSA Cat's Eye but have no idea on the quality.
