I have asked questions just like many others. Everybody that answers has been very helpful. Lets makes this interesting and do a survey on scopes. 1 being best to 10 or more being worst. Price excluded. The best scope made on down. Maybe this opinion will also help new people looking to see what others think are the best scopes!

I would agree with badge. I though would also add US Optics and probably IMHO put them between 2 and 3.

ots03,. Can you tell us a little about the Kaps riflescopes? I have heard of them but have never seen one or seen any for sale on the net. Are they comparable to a Zeiss Vm/v optically and mechanically?  Where could I find one for sale on the net?  Thanks Brian

As far as I know the opticshq is the only place in the U.S. that you can purchase a Kaps scope.  I was considering one a while back and they were taking orders.  But, they did not actually have the scopes in stock.  Where are these Nickels available in the U.S.?

I live in spain ( sorry for my poor english), so, I dont know where to buy KAPS or GERHARDT (NICKEL) scopes in america. But I think, if you buy more than one, you can order to the factory.

Gerhardt is the best hunting scope I have(better than swarovski or Zeiss), sure, the best no-custom made scope.

Hey SWFA, what are you waiting to sell GERHARDT scopes in america ?

Kaps are very good scopes, look their web page: http://kaps-optik.de/
