Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and let me tell you  this site has a ton of usefull info. If someone could please help me with my new Tikka I would be very thankfull. I just bought a 300wsm t3 lite. After reading all the feedback on the tikka rings I guess I need some different ones. Do I need a base and rings? or just rings? I havent decided yet on which scope I'm going to buy, but here are my choices. Nikon monarch in a 4x16x50, or a Leupold 4.5x14x50. Would I need med or high rings? Can I get away with just rings, or do I need a base also because of the recoil of the 300? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm not really up on all this tech stuff. Thanks again hunter1...

If you have the T3 dovetail, you can get a T3 tactical rail M678M. Or if your Tikka has the regular sporter dovetails, You can get Warne rings for it from SWFA.

Hope that helps a little...

I use Warne grooved receiver rings on my Tikka and they work beautifully.
