Quality Bullet Drop Compensation Scope ???????????

       I have been waiting and searching a long time for a scope that's along the lines of a "Sweet 17", with the bullet drop compensation turrets and what not.  I'm not to kean to the BSA,Pine Ridge, Etc.  I do know  that bushnell makes one, but it's only with a 2-7 magnification.
   Is there ever going to be a scope produced by a top end company that will carry quality and consistancy?  If the Bushnell would have been producing a high mag scope I would have bought one, like a 3-15 or a 4-16 anything besides a 2-7.  
   The scope would end up on a 17 HMR

	I'm gonna be getting a Chipmunk 17HMR Pistol soon which will have 1 of these on top-- http://www.rapidreticle.com/22lr3-9x32.htm ...just recal'd. for the trajectory of the 17 or 20 gr. bullet at whatever velocity i get out of it.
