I went out to the shooting range today and started out shooting very well. My first 6 shots were all 1-2 inches from the bullseye. All of a sudden my shots weren't even hitting the target anymore. I was wondering if anyone knew any possible causes for this. My rifle is a Tikka .270 caliber with a simmons whitetail expedition 3x9 power.

Very nice rifle for that inexpensive of a scope. Check all of Your mounting screws to be sure they are tight first. Then if you have a bore sighter check that the reticle responds to the turrets. This will assure that the reticle has not disconnected from the recoil.
Folks ain't got a sense of humor no more. They don't laugh they just get sore.

Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow
Now the rules have changed again.

Yea while I was cleaning it I noticed that one of the mounting screws was loose. I've had this problem before and found a wrench that fit it and I tightened the hell out of it. Don't know how they became loose again.
