After sweating whether my new Remmy is a shooter or not, I finally got some help from a top benchrest shooter.
I lapped the bore with Butchers borepaste. I also purchased (at $600!!!) a new reloading neck sizer, bullet seater and press. All Wilson make. These dies work on a reamed chamber basis and gives exceptional straight catridges.
I quickly found two loads that work. The 42,5gr S335 at 71.2mm OCL will be the one for me.
Unfortunately I started the shooting with this load. The first shot comes from a squeaky clean cold barrel. The other 4 , well see for yourself!!!

Sounds like your heading in the right direction now. I'm glad it was not the rifle and was a little something easyer to fix for you and didn't take another year.
