After several years of wanting, I finally acquired a Freedom Arms revolver.  Mine is a Model 97 in .45 Colt with a 7 1/2" barrel.  I've held and owned some nice firearms in my 55 years, but no pistol, rifle or shotgun I've seen is in the class of Freedom Arms.  Fit and finish are really unbelievable.  Everything about it exceeded my expectations, including how it shoots.  FA included a test target; less than 1/2" groups at 25 yds!  If only I could shoot it that well    If you ever get a chance to handle, or better yet shoot, one of these firearms, don't miss it.

Funny you should mention that because just the other day I was getting some trade in revolvers ready to put on GunBroker.com and noticed the same thing.  Handling several revolvers back to back to back you can really see and feel a difference in the Freedom Arms.  I was so impressed that I had several people handle the Ruger, SAS and then the Freedom Arms....all of their reactions were the same, "man, those other two guns are pieces of $#!@"

Freedom Arms .454 Casull - no minimum bid and no reserve.

And that's a Field Grade>  The Premier Grade is at the next level.  IF this one was a 7 1/2" barrel I'd do my best to be high bidder< but the 6" would be nice, too.  I'm hgih bidder now.
