Well here it is, the best I have ever shot. I sighted in the gun with the first 6 rounds of a new load that I'm trying, so that only left me with 4 rounds to group. The temp was 55 degrees, small amount of wind, range of 225 yards taken with a Leupold RX-IV from the target to the bench. Anyway, here's the info:

Ruger KM77VT 220 swift with Leupold 12x scope
Remington brass, CCI NO. 200 primers
40.1 gr IMR 4350, Hornady 55gr V-max

VERY NICE FOR 225!! A hunting/gunsmith buddy recently bought a Rem 700 Alaskan. He polished the trigger and the bolt and started feedin her several loads he had worked up. I wish I had a pic but in this case seein may not be believing because the best load put three rounds in the same hole. And I don't mean clover leafed, I mean the same hole at 100yds. If know what to look for you can pick out a slight second cut but so far very impressive. I anxious to see what it will do at 2,3 and 400yds. For out of the box accuracy I must admit I'm jealous/impressed. Knowing Rem can build like that makes what happened to 8shots even worse. I hate he is having all that trouble. I hope Rem will send him a new rifle and use any pull or contacts they have to get it to him with minimal delay.

Not to take away from your fine shootin. But you know that now the pressure is on. The rifle is definetly right so if any missin happens you'll have to fess up. I am glad for you and Ruger, it proves that Ruger is steppin up with the big boy's. They do build a good lookin rifle and I'm glad to see some that really shoot. Congrats!!! Thunbs%20Up
