My first thoughts after reading you statement and seeing the picture was.... OH SHUT UP!!!
That wouter is a "Classy Hunting Picture." Even if your ugly mug and not mine is in it. LOL I'm starting to regret not volunteering to go to our South African plant. Mike |

Wouter, I'd have to agree with Steelbenz. I love to go to Africa and someday I will.

I have to agree that is one of my better kudus. I was looking through some hunting pics and thought to share this one. I took him at a ranged 247 yds with my 300H&H Sako loaded with 200gr SGK at 2900fps. You cannot see the bullet holes as my rifle is covering them. The first bullet entered behind the shoulder, a high lung shot. He did not even flinch. I thought I had missed him. My second shot grouped and inch from the first hole! He walked about 20 yds and then folded. Steelbenz, you say you had an opportunity to come to South Africa? Despite all the negatives which we all love to complain about, it is a great country with a lot of outdoor action and adventure stuff to keep one busy. If you act alert and responsible then crime is also not such a big deal. Hopefully you guys will make it one day. Edited by 8shots - November/20/2008 at 02:21 |
