I am doing my homework on the Varminter before I buy one. I am also pricing the extra items that are a must for purchase after the rifle. I am new at long range shooting through a scope. I never knew that there was so much to a scope before I started doing research on them. I know that this rifle has the ability for long range shots, so my question is what type of Optics should I get to best equip this rifle for best accuracy? My budget has changed since I first started because I now see that saving up some extra cash for optics is a must. I need to stay in the $250-$350 range give or take. Thanks

For that price range I would check out the Burris Fullfield with the ballistic plex... The ballistic plex and ballistic mil-dot are simple ways to improve long range marksmanship. The lower part of the crosshair has ballistic lines that compensate for bullet drop from 100 yards to 500 yards and beyond.
