Which scope would you suggest for my new .338 Ultra Mag?  I want an all-around scope that can handle the recoil, I'm not looking for bargins.

Swarovski PV-S 6-24x50 or the Swarovski PV-4-16X50

The eye relief is too short on those models you suggested.  I need 4 inches (102mm) or greater for this caliber.

If you want one of the best scopes in the world that has one of the longest eye reliesfs, if not the most eye relief on the market go with the Leupold Vari X III 3.5X10X50 or one of the Vari X III models of your liking.

The LPS VX-III and the VX-II all have a  4" or higher eye relief.

Thanks for the input Sako, as soon as you suggested those models I was looking at the LPS which seem to be satisfactory as well.  Thanks Stephanie, we had the same idea.
