As far as illuminated recticles go, is firefly considered a good way to go?

Here are some older threads to look thru. Opinion seems to indicate works OK. I can't provide a personal opinion though Vs other illuminated scopes 'cause of lack of funds.

I should get one just to find out firsthand if they are good. I sure like the concept- no batteries, etc.
I suspect they are pretty good, because I think Bushnell just plain builds good scopes.
