Does anybody know anything about this scope? The one I'm looking at has the Mildot reticle. Looking for opinions, good or bad...will be used for long range hunting and target shooting on a .300 RSUM.

My friend put one on his .50 and has about 100 rounds through it and still going strong...he doesn't have the mildot, but the scope is clear and bright....the turrets that came with it are numbered backwards....crazy I know... he hasn't contacted Burris yet but I read on other web sites that they have new turrets and you just need to contact them and they will ship free of charge...his scope is probably a year and half old, so I don't know if the newer ones have the correct turrets or not hopefully some of the other guys on here have more info fore you...hope it helps.

A good scope, kind of expensive and not a lot of adjustment. Mine is mounted on a .308 with a 20moa base. no problem getting out there setup that way

opps sent too quickly. my scope holds zero very well and tracks very good also.Box test proven. As for being expensive I think there are scopes out there now that will perform as well for most of us that come in a couple hundrd cheaper. But you normally get what you pay for.
