I have a question about selling a rifle on gunbroker.com. I hope I am allowed to ask the question on swfa. I apologize in advance if it is not allow. I hope I am within guidelines.
I want to post a Johnson 1941 rifle to sell on gunbroker.com and I will be selling it from the state of California. Do I need to collect state taxes from the buyer or it that the buyers responsibility? I have read all the selling guides with this issues confuses me. Thanks for the help in advance
